HON. HASSAN IBRAHIM; HAS MADE A MIRACULOUS VICTORY AT MARKET/CLARK WARD DURING THE 2023 GENERAL ELECTIONS
In Nigeria, it is possible to join politics or become a politician without having money or a higher Educational certificate, not social status.

Makurdi L.G.A of Benue State has Eleven council wards. During 2023 electioneering processes, the Market/clark ward is the most highly competitive and challenging for Hassan Ibrahim Magaji. This is because the opposition party (PDP) strategized and gave her market/Clark ward chairmanship to an experienced politician and also a youth influencer not only to the Wadata community but Makurdi at large
Barr. Ahmed Lapo Adams is a renowned politician in the Hausa/Muslim community of Benue State. He contested for the seat of the State House of Assembly in 2019 under ADC political party, but unfortunately, he couldn't win. Barr. Lapo later joined the People's Democratic Party (PDP) and emerged as ward chairman based on his influence in the State.

Though everybody was expecting Barr. Lapo to delivered the majority of the polling units that failed under Market/Clark. But, the miraculous Hassan Magaji won all the polling units for his political party (APC), including that of Barr. Lapo's casting votes center with large numbers. I have been wondering all this while; How can someone with a list of experience in politics and society, defeat the almighty Barr. Lapo? That is not just only a politician, but a practicing lawyer and a public figure.

As an expert on political analysis, I carefully study the strategy both chairmen used. I subjected their activities to"ANOVA" tables (Analysis of Variance), and I deem it fit to share with the general public the result that I got. Which made me come up with this comprehensive article.

Hassan Ibrahim Magaji is an ICON in politics that the younger generations should inculcate from his style of politics.
Hassan has vividly proven to us that to become a successful politician is not based on your social status, but your loyalty, generosity, impact, and commitment to your political party activities.

Firstly, HassanMagajii understands that what truly matters and qualifies you as a politician in Nigeria is joining a political party, and attending party meetings. He knew that joining a political party is important but attending party meetings regularly is more important. The more meetings you attend, the more you will be recognized for your contributions and suggestions. Depending on the political party and the ward you belong to. However, he also has in mind as a party member sometimes you will need to do some contributions to your party members to achieve an aim. Participating in these contributions will go a long way in helping you to canvas and be recognized by your political party elites.

Asides from being active in his ward and party in general. Hassan Ibrahim Magaji is active in community development too. He listens to people, supports and renders help especially if it is something he can do easily.

It is a natural principle in politics and life in general; When you help with minor community projects like repairing bad roads, pipe-borne water, street solar lights, and more. When you help the people and ease their suffering in the little ways you can they will support the political party you belong to or when you want to be voted for to win a seat or position. And this is exactly the advantage Hassan Magaji had over Barr. Lapo, during the general election polls.
